Hewlett Packard not only supplies equipment for corporate events, but also organizes and operates them for other major brands, like Zoom, Google, and Microsoft, as well as the states and the federal government. 

XBit Technology was brought in to support the technology required to plan, run, and follow up on these events. Using Smartsheet we designed and implemented a full event planning system that took organizers from the pre-planning phase to the post-event feedback and data collection.

Additionally, XBit developed a website on Sharepoint for the various stakeholders in the event process to access resources and information.

These projects were so successful that other events teams in the company brought XBit into the fold to copy the system for more widespread use.
